With its eye in the "down" position, it's excellent for the down shot fishing method since it's designed to ride absolutely horizontal when connected onto a line that's fished straight up and down. Use a Palomar knot, but draw the tag end of the line up, over, and through the eye of the hook one more time before connecting the sinker. Rig any soft plastic bait as a lethal presentation for suspended game fish. A light wire, forged shank with a 90° shoulder bend, Cutting Point®, and black chrome finish are included.
